Tofu Scramble with Spinach

Basically I took a block of 1 lb tofu, cut it into quarters. Used 1/4 and crushed it into scrambled egg like pieces, added Nutritional yeast, Cumin, Garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper and cooked it in a pan. My son ate half of it lol. Tastes kinda like Tacos. I just put the spinach in with the tofu and cooked all at once.
