Leveling: You can level this creature at the battle ranch or through tournaments, tournaments give higher exp points to the creatures battling. 
Evolving: Beast Tamer must have a Monster leveling permit, this monster has to have a Silky gem to become stronger and evolve. The creatures health must be 100% as well as have friendly feelings toward it's Tamer.
